These terms explain how you can use CloakingTrack, our cloaking tool and related services.
By creating an account or using CloakingTrack (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About CloakingTrack
CloakingTrack is an online tool that sits between your traffic sources and your landing pages. It helps you route visitors based on rules you control, so sensitive funnels can be shown only to users you choose.
We do not provide ad accounts, creative content or legal advice. You stay responsible for your campaigns, offers and compliance with all laws and platform rules.
2. Accounts and access
- You must be allowed by law to enter into a contract in your country.
- You agree to provide accurate contact details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secret.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use CloakingTrack in a lawful way and in line with the rules of the platforms you send traffic from (ad networks, affiliate programs, partners, etc.).
You must not use CloakingTrack to:
- Spread malware, phishing or other harmful content.
- Run content that is clearly illegal in the GEOs you target.
- Attack, overload or try to bypass the security of our systems.
- Resell access to CloakingTrack without our written permission.
4. Risks of using cloaking
Cloaking is a sensitive technique. Ad platforms and traffic sources can change their checks at any time. Using any cloaking solution, including CloakingTrack, may affect your accounts or campaigns.
We provide tools and logs to help you build safer flows, but we cannot promise that your campaigns will never be reviewed, limited or banned.
5. Plans, payments and refunds
- Plans are billed in USD using the payment methods offered in the panel.
- Depending on the plan, billing may be monthly or yearly.
- We may limit or pause access if payments fail or stay unpaid.
If a technical problem on our side stops you from using CloakingTrack normally, please contact support with details. We will review your case and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
6. Intellectual property
The CloakingTrack name, brand, design, dashboard and code are owned or licensed by us and are protected by copyright and other laws.
You keep the rights to your own landing pages, funnels, brands and content. You allow us to process that content only so we can deliver the Service to you.
7. Privacy
We handle log data, account details and other information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using CloakingTrack you accept that policy.
8. Service changes and availability
We may add, remove or change features of CloakingTrack over time. We work to keep the Service stable, but we do not promise any fixed uptime unless agreed in a separate written contract.
We may suspend or limit access if we suspect abuse, security issues, non-payment or other serious problems.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
CloakingTrack is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise specific results, approval rates, profit or performance from your campaigns.
As far as the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, CloakingTrack and its owners, employees and partners will not be responsible for:
- Lost profit, lost revenue or loss of opportunities.
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
- Any impact on your ad accounts, campaigns or relationships with third parties.
If we are found liable despite this section, our total liability in any 3-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in that same period.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms sometimes. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. If you keep using CloakingTrack after we post new Terms, it means you accept them.
